Service Description

In this 60-minute 1:1 session, we’ll: - Review your current eating rhythm, cravings, and health priorities - Identify which phase of the Trail Mix Method™ you’re in now - Create 1–3 gentle swaps and a simple 7-day rhythm tailored to your life - Set micro-goals and follow-up steps so you know exactly what to practice next This is ideal if you want individualized support or are considering the full coaching package and want to start with a focused session.


Cancellation Policy

Service Agreement & Booking Policy 1. Securing Your Session To honor the time and preparation required for each sanctuary-building session, a non-refundable deposit of $50 (or 50% of the service total) is required to confirm your booking. Confirmation: Your booking is considered secure only once the deposit is received. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to our scheduled service. Payment Methods: We currently accept payments via our website, Zelle, Google Pay, or CashApp. 2. Cancellations & Transitions We understand that life can be loud and seasons can shift unexpectedly. Advanced Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future service, at the chef's discretion. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will result in a $25 convenience fee in addition to the non-refundable deposit. Grace: In the event of a true emergency or unforeseen crisis, the chef reserves the right to waive fees. We prioritize humanity over policy. 3. Rescheduling Planning Ahead: If you need to shift your session, please notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance to ensure availability. Short-Notice Shifts: Rescheduling within 24 hours of our session may incur a $25 rescheduling fee to account for prep and lost scheduling opportunities. 4. Tending the Environment (Client Responsibilities) The Foundation: For in-home services, the client is responsible for providing functional cooking equipment and utensils. (If you are unsure of what you need, we recommend starting with a Resilience Audit to map your environment). Ingredients: Unless otherwise agreed upon, the client provides ingredients. Any grocery shopping handled by the chef is subject to full reimbursement. Ingredient Procurement & Reimbursement: For services where the chef handles sourcing (such as The Tended Kitchen Disclosure: For your safety and sovereignty, all allergies, dietary restrictions, and health concerns must be disclosed via the Resilience Mapping & Intake form prior to service 5. Our Commitment (Chef’s Responsibilities) Professionalism: I commit to providing personalized, holistic health-oriented services with the highest degree of care and culinary skill. Punctuality: I will arrive as scheduled, prepared to help you find your clearing. Communication: Should an emergency arise on my end, I will communicate with you immediately to reschedule or provide a full refund of your deposit
