Service Description

You deserve a life that doesn't crumble when the wind changes. Inspired by everything I’ve learned about the body’s ability to stay strong under pressure, this audit is a deep, honest look at the systems supporting you. We’ll walk through your kitchen, your habits, and your physical needs to find where your energy is leaking out. This is how we build a defensive perimeter around your health, preparing the soil of your daily life so you are strategically ready for whatever comes next. I don’t want to just give you a plan and leave you to figure it out alone. With the Commissioning, I come into your home to help you clear the fog and execute the vision. We’ll spend five hours together purging the "noise" from your pantry and performing your first "Sovereign Shop." We’ll physically build the clearing you’ve been looking for, so when I leave, your kitchen finally feels like a place where you can thrive. What’s Included: A Comprehensive Environment Mapping: We look at your kitchen through the lens of efficiency and ease. I’ll help you identify "friction points", the areas where your physical space is draining your mental energy, and create a plan to reorganize for peace. The Biological Leak Analysis: Using the data from your intake, we identify where your metabolic energy is slipping away. We’ll look at sleep rhythms, digestive noise, and cognitive fog to see where your foundation needs shoring up. A Personalized "Anchor" Blueprint: You’ll receive a custom-built strategy of 3–5 foundational "Anchor" meals and habits. These are your non-negotiables, the biological safety net that keeps you standing during high-stress weeks. The Sourcing & Quality Protocol: I provide a curated guide on where to source the highest quality local ingredients that align with your specific biological needs, removing the decision fatigue of grocery shopping. A Naturopathic Logic Summary: You’ll get a post-audit summary of the logic behind our plan, explaining the "why" of the ingredients and systems we’ve chosen, so you can feel sovereign in your own health journey. The First Clearing Action Plan: A prioritized, 3-step checklist to implement immediately after our session, designed to give you an instant sense of relief and "found floor."
