What is The Trail Mix Method™?

Trail Mix Method™ is my signature three-phase framework for taste-bud training and craving stability. Instead of ripping away every sweet and salty comfort, we gradually change the mix of what you eat, more whole foods, more fiber, healthy fats, and minerals, so your palate, energy, and cravings recalibrate over 2–4 weeks.

 

We keep the rituals (the evening snack, the Friday night movie), but we shift the ingredients and proportions until nourishing choices feel natural, not forced.

Phase 1: Gentle Swaps

  • Maintain familiar comforts while upgrading the quality of your food.
