the vibe check
stop the free-fall and find the floor
Service Description
The Vibe Check is designed to stop the free-fall. In this 60-minute session, we strip away the "shoulds" and the decision fatigue to find the floor beneath your feet. We don’t build a lifelong plan here; we build a 3-day rhythm that gives you the immediate stability you need to breathe again. What’s Included: The "Immediate Floor" Assessment: A rapid look at your current week to identify exactly where the most noise is coming from and how to silence it instantly. The 3-Day Anchor Menu: A simplified, no-decision meal plan for your next 72 hours, focused on high-nutrient density and zero mental friction. The Friction Audit: We identify the one thing in your kitchen or routine that is causing the most stress and find a "low-lift" solution to remove it. A Sanctuary Quick-Win: One practical, 5-minute environmental shift to create a physical "clearing" in your home. Direct Access Summary: A concise follow-up note with your immediate action steps, so you don't have to worry about taking notes during our call.
