What is a "Resilience" service? It’s a way of looking at your kitchen through the lens of your actual life. Whether you’re navigating burnout, a busy season, or grief, these services are designed to simplify your environment and provide food that actually supports your body.

Is this clinical nutrition? No. This isn't clinical nutrition. While I use biological logic to design my menus and am training in Naturopathy, I am here as your chef and strategist to help you manage the practical side of eating.

What is "The Healing Kitchen"? The Healing Kitchen services are grief-informed: The Legacy Recipe and The Sovereign Soul. They are designed to keep you nourished and honor your family traditions when life feels heavy.

How does the grocery reimbursement work? For in-home cooking and The Resilience Table, the cost of ingredients is separate from my service fee. I handle all the sourcing and shopping, then send you a separate Wix invoice with the market receipt attached after the service.

What if I don't have a "fancy" kitchen? You don’t need one. My job is to help you work with what you have. During a Resilience Audit, we’ll look at your specific space and find a flow that makes sense for you, no matter the size of your kitchen.

Do you handle allergies and dietary restrictions? Yes. Before we start, you’ll fill out a Mapping Form where you can list all allergies and health concerns. I have extensive experience in anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, and dairy-free cooking.

What is your cancellation policy? I require a non-refundable deposit of $50 or 50% to secure your date. If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 3 days' notice. I understand that life happens, so I handle emergencies with as much grace as possible.
