Booking Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

 

1. Booking:

- To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of $50 or 50% is required upon confirmation.

- The deposit can be paid via cash app, google pay, zelle, or on our website.

- The booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

- The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

- Deposits are non-refundable. 

 

2. Cancellation:

- Cancellations made 2 days in advance of the scheduled service may possibly receive a partial refund of the deposit, depending on circumstances. 

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in a payment of $25 of the total fee.

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, the chef reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee.

 

3. Rescheduling:

- If the client wishes to reschedule the service, it must be done 3 days in advance, subject to availability.

- Any rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur additional charges or a penalty.

 

4. Client's Responsibilities:

- The client is responsible for providing the necessary cooking equipment, utensils, and ingredients.

- Any additional expenses incurred during the service, such as grocery shopping, will be reimbursed by the client.

- The client must inform the chef of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health concerns prior to the service.

 

5. Chef's Responsibilities:

- The chef will provide professional and personalized holistic health-oriented services.

- The chef will arrive at the scheduled time and be prepared to deliver the service as agreed upon.

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, the chef will promptly communicate any necessary changes or cancellations.
