Service Description

I want to show you that healing food can be the most vibrant, luxurious meal you’ve ever had. I’ll host an intimate dinner for you and your guests, sharing the stories and the science behind the ingredients as we go. It’s a celebration of craft and logic, proving that when we cook with intention, we can create an evening that leaves everyone feeling more alive than when they arrived. What’s Included: A Menu That Breathes: I design a three-course menu centered on seasonal, "living" ingredients. Every dish is crafted to leave your guests feeling energized and light, rather than weighed down. The Story of the Soil: A gentle, conversational introduction to the meal. I’ll share the "why" behind our ingredients—not as a lesson, but as a way to connect your guests to the land and the nourishment on their plates. Full-Service Stewardship: From the early morning market run to the final polish of the stovetop, I handle everything. You are free to be fully present with your guests, knowing the kitchen is in steady hands. A Restored Sanctuary: I believe the end of a party shouldn't be a chore. I return your kitchen to a state of calm and cleanliness, so when the last guest leaves, you can simply enjoy the lingering peace of the evening. The Parting Note: Each guest leaves with a small memento—a beautifully printed card featuring a "sanctuary tip" and the story of the evening’s ingredients to carry home with them.

Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service: The Resilience Table To ensure your evening is a true clearing, please review our specific guidelines for communal gatherings: 1. Booking & Confirmation A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date on the sanctuary calendar. The guest count must be finalized 7 days prior to the event. We cannot decrease the bill for fewer guests after this window, as ingredients and prep will have already begun. 2. Menu Finalization & Allergies All dietary restrictions, life-threatening allergies, and "biological noise" concerns must be submitted via the Resilience Mapping form no later than 10 days prior to the event. Because we source from small farms and local purveyors, menu changes requested within 4 days of the event may incur a surcharge. 3. The Kitchen Environment The chef requires a clear, functional kitchen space upon arrival. (If you’d like help preparing your kitchen for the event, we recommend a Resilience Audit in the weeks leading up to your party). The chef is responsible for the cleaning of all equipment and surfaces used during service, returning your kitchen to its foundational state of calm. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling More than 7 days notice: Your deposit may be applied as a one-time credit to a future Resilience Table or Sanctuary Intensive. Less than 48 hours notice: The full balance of the service is non-refundable, as highly perishable, specialized ingredients will have already been procured. 5. Alcohol Policy While we specialize in Resilience Pairings (botanical tonics and infusions), the client is responsible for providing and serving any alcoholic beverages.
