I have finally reached the point in my nutrition class where I can't buy or eat anything before reading the nutrition label. And what I've found out is that, there are a lot more added sugars in foods than I initially thought! As someone who is working on managing high cholesterol levels, added sugars is one of the things I'm looking to cut out of my diet.
